Originated in Italy and also known as biscotti, our Almond Bread is a thinly sliced biscuit that will guarantee you wanting more. Twice baked to crisp perfection makes dipping it into your favourite drink a treat.
A light and crisp snack that can be enjoyed anytime of the day amongst family and friends, with a coffee at brunch, as a 3pm snack attack, on a rustic platter of dips, cheeses and continental condiments or hit the spot with a quick dunk in your evening tea.
All products are made using fresh ingredients and sourced locally where possible. We don’t add preservatives, hard to pronounce ingredients or hidden nasties that are listed as a series of numbers. If you can find it in your pantry, it’s there.
why gluten free?
Neither I nor my family have an intolerance to gluten so I get asked… why gluten free? A simple answer really, why bake for some when I can bake for all.

how it started?
Growing up in a Greek family meant baking was an essential part of every Easter, Christmas or family occassion, to share amongst family and friends.
Now married with two gorgeous children and living in Melbourne, the tradition lives on. When baking for new friends, teachers, neighbours or work colleagues, it was their love and support that motivated me. Finally, my dream of starting something new has now become a reality… Baking for you!
