Which flavours are gluten free?

I love answering this question, because it’s super easy, they all are!

We use the same base when baking all our flavours, we simply add different nuts, seeds, spices and dried fruits to create each flavour.

Are your products Coeliac safe?

They sure are. We conduct Victorian based laboratory testing on a yearly bases to ensure we maintain and keep our products safe for our customers to enjoy.

Can I customise a gif pack with my corporate brand?

Absolutely, we can have a chat to better understand your needs and from there, let you know
what we can do to accommodate. We would love to see your branding on our gifts and our gifts in your customers or employees’ hands.

Ordering

Do you ship interstate?

Yes we do, we can delivery your parcel anywhere within Australia, including a PO box, if that suites you.

Our shipping fee is $12. We use air pillows double our wrapping in our efforts to minimise breakage of our products during transport.

Where can I go and pick up some of your products?

Our products are only available via our online store. We ship all across Victoria and Australia, so we’re accessible to everyone.

Do you attend any markets in Victoria?

Not on a regular basis but if you follow us on Instagram or Facebook, you’ll be sure to know when and where we’ll be.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for orders over $100, otherwise our shipping fee is $12.00.

What type of things do you send out in your newsletters?

Mostly offers, discounts and promotions. You’ll get to hear about new flavours, gifts and hampers released to you before we promote it on social media.

Can I bulk order gift hampers?

Yes, our hampers make great gifts for staff, clients, family and friends, and can be ordered in bulk. For hampers to one location, you can select the hampers and pay for them online. For bulk hampers to multiple locations, please get in touch via our inquiry form and we can talk more about your needs and our service options.

Can I add a personalised message for a hamper recipient? 

Yes. You can provide a personalised message before you check out and we will put it on a lovely gift card and include it with the hamper.
