Gluten Free Almond Bread
Our products are tested for gluten, so we can state ‘gluten – Not Detected’ in our Nutritional Panel. Anyone with dietary needs or who are coeliac, can enjoy our products without the worry. Giving customers the confidence that we mean what we say.
The ingredients we use to make the base of our Almond Bread and flavoured breads are real simple, they include egg white, a gluten free flour, caster sugar, vanilla essence plus a dash of salt. Just like mum made it. And that’s how we’ve kept it since the beginning. We avoid adding extra sugar to make it last longer and we don’t use any preservatives or any ingredients that isn’t in your pantry at home.
Our full range is made in small batches, once the loaf is baked, each individual slice is hand sliced with care as they are delicate morsels until we dry them to a crisp. Pride is taken to ensure they’re straight, so they look perfect, so that each slice is full of nuts, seeds and the right amount of spices to create the right smell and taste. We don’t skimp on ingredients, you can see the large whole white almond flesh and the green Australian pistachios. Each slice is jam packed with fruit or nuts you can see. A standout from our competitors.
Where possible, we use Australian ingredients, we pride ourselves on being a small, local business and love to support other local businesses where possible through our gift hampers.
We appreciate customers can be hesitant to spend money on a gluten free product they’re not sure will taste good. So as confident as we were in our products, we entered our flavours into the Australian Food Awards just as we started the business. Winning Gold, Silver and Bronze for our flavours was our way to show customers that this small business had created something pretty great, so we had confidence in our products to go to market wearing our medals proudly.
